RESERVATION TIMES, TERMS, AND DURATION

LARGE GROUPS OVER 25	PLEASE CALL US FOR SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS
PREPAID	THE RESERVED TABLE IS HELD FOR 2 AND 1/2 HOURS ! EVEN IF TOTALLY EMPTY ! Reserving parties Prepay by credit card at the non-refundable rate of $ 45.00 per person. *
CONFIRMED	THE RESERVED TABLE IS HELD FOR 20 MINUTES ! Reserving parties CONFIRM the number of guests via fax, or e mail.
TELEPHONE	THE RESERVED TABLE IS HELD FOR 15 MINUTES !

PLEASE NOTE THAT DURING SEASON, ON FRIDAYS AND SATURDAYS, ALL MEMBERS OF A PARTY MUST BE PRESENT AT THE RESERVED TIME IN ORDER TO BE SEATED.

COVER CHARGES, TAXES, GRATUITIES, SPLIT CHECKS, AND MINIMUMS

There is NO COVER CHARGE;
However, Gratuity for Parties over 8 stands at 20%.
Taxes in the State of Florida are at 6%.
We do not split checks for Parties Over 8.
Your server will assist you with needed computations.

The 2.5-Hour Limit

Due to the very high volume of guests on the weekends, -especially during season-There are two Main Seatings : One at 6:00 PM, and the Other at 9:00 PM. In the event the Restaurant is full, ... Party Participants are encouraged to turn over their Tables after 2.5 hours to New-Comers, ... Though they are more than welcome to stay within the Restaurant and enjoy the Music, Dancing, and ...

Arrival Time, and Seating

Reservations and Seating on the Dock is limited to parties of 10 or less ! ... AND they are limited on a 'first reserved first served' basis !
All Reservations are on a first-received-first serve basis, with pre-paid reservations having the 1st preference, followed by the CONFIRMED ones.
Please forgive the inconvenience, ... However, If you come between 7:30 and 8:30 on a Friday, Saturday, -especially during season- or on a major-event day, you may incur some serious delay in seating, as well as in your service !
May we kindly suggest the 6:00-6:30 PM, and/or 8:30-9:00 PM Seatings, as these will incur the least amount of delay.

FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR YOUTH

No Youths under 21 are ever allowed within 15 feet of the Bar, or the High Top.
Children and Youth under 18 arriving after 7:30 PM on a Friday, or Saturday, must be accompanied by 1 Adult for every 4 to 5 youngsters.
On Weekends, and during major-event days : Youth under 16, are not allowed on the Stage, after 7:30.

OTHER

If you need a Cake, we may Supply one for $ 35.00 --- It will serve ap. 12 people.
If you are a group of 6 or more and chose the $ 40.00 Family Style, a Cake, or a Dessert Platter will be included !
If you bring your own cake, we will charge a $ 1.50 / pp cutting fee !
If you bring your own WINE bottle, there is a $ 25.00 corking-fee !
You are welcome to come ahead of time and decorate your reserved section !

* Full Refunds for pre-paid reservations, are conditioned on cancelling via EMail, or Fax, 72 hours prior to the Reservation Time.
You may reduce the number of guests -without being charged- by sending us an EMail, or Fax, 24 hours prior to your Reservation Time.
