Our Music starts at 5:00 PM and it is primarily Greek. We introduce our Restaurant with traditional Greek Islands' music at very low amplitude, and our staff entertains you with some traditional dances [Zorba, Syrtaki, Hasapiko, etc.]
By 7:00 PM, we begin our slow transition into the Napkin Throwing and other forms of entertainment -inclusive of Zorba and other mass-ethic exhibitions by our service staff. Our Dj goes into action and the music gets cranked up a notch readying for our Belly dancer(s).
By 7:30 PM the music gets a lot louder, and the celebrations begin with guests and staff joining our traditional Zorba Dance, ...followed with Belly-Dancing performaces around the Restaurant !
By 8:30 PM, we are really cooking with Olive Oil and Ouzo and along with Greek Sequences, we mix some Mediterranean, Israeli, Middle Eastern, European, American, Latino, and House Music !
Traditional Fire Dances and Plate-Breaking occur spontaneously -usually late at night- and only when the safety of our guests has been reasonably assured.
Because of Insurance and liability concerns, Guests are never allowed to break plates !
